The transition manager will participate in transitions during pre-transition workshops, due diligence, work-statement preparation, planning, execution and go-lives. (S)he will closely work with customer, partner and delivery teams, to ensure smooth transition to steady state. The transition manager will also be a point transition contact, will be part of transition management office (TMO) and manage, govern transitions. Transition manager should also have experience in managing transitions involving packaged application (must have SAP transition experience). It would be advantageous to have experience in other packages like SFDC, Oracle Leasing, Sterling CPQ, etc. *2.
