Job Description:
Required Experience:
Product Manager with customer facing skills having more than 7 years of overall experience in planning, organizing and managing development and product lifecycle to ensure stable operation of fast growing enterprise IT.
Primary Responsibilities:
•Subject matter expert and product expert for API or other products that are managed
•Deep understanding of client needs and market trends, through client interaction and other market research
•Actively engage with customers, dive deep into customer feedback and perform competitor analysis.
•Reviewing the roadmap with key stakeholders
•Owning and creating the product requirement, strategy, documentation and roadmap aligned with business Units
•Managing feature iteration throughout the product lifecycle
•Client API integrations and pipeline management
•API documentation ownership
•A good team Leader with go-get attitude and ability to work with large teams and projects independently
•Planning future enhancement ensures the development team meets / hits product launch deadlines. Holds himself / herself and tech teams accountable to product delivery dates
•Creates, maintains and disseminates project information to stakeholders in a concise, accurate, and professional manner
Core Competencies
•Strong understanding of software development cycle
•Relevant experience with web services and REST
•Experience in Java / J2EE/Springs / Struts / Hibernate
•Understanding of any relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle etc)
•Willingness to dive into software environments and technical issues
•Familiar with Scrum methodology and Agile practices
•Preferably managing the development of SaaS and cloud based applications
