Rate: DOE Duration: 12 months plus *Start Date:* ASAP *Please reply to mahadev.va...@benvia.com <http://benvia.com> <http://benvia.com> * *Primary Objective of Position* The position will provide overall project management including *planning, implementation and tracking* for US based deployment of SAP. *Major Duties/Responsibilities* · Create and maintain the project plan · Ensure the project timelines are met and escalate areas of concern immediately to IT Management · Manage any recourse conflicts · Responsible for project communications and project reporting for allocated cross site projects. · Manage the project scope, risk and issue resolution including escalation to IT Management. · Responsible for quality of project deliverables. · Responsible for ensuring that the project can deliver the benefits outlined in the business case and that it meets the reasonable expectations of end users · Point of Contact with the business and the integration partner for all project management aspects of projects · Preparation of monthly status reports / or other status reports as required in conjunction with IT Management · Presentation of project updates to senior management in conjunction with IT Management · Preparation and tracking of project budgets · Project Milestone payments / Invoicing go ahead to Finance · Monitoring of internal time allocation for the project · Foster a project management culture and good team working relationships both the project team · Escalate and keep IT management informed of any issues or potential issues that may arise *Knowledge/Skills/Abilities* · Excellent co-ordination skills with attention to detail and ability to effectively manage projects · Excellent communication skills with ability to interact at all levels both internally and externally. · Strong project management skills are essential with a proven track record in SAP implementation projects. - *Solid SAP project management experiences (at least 3-4 projects)* *· *Project management certification is desirable · MUST HAVE: Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry and GAMP Requirements for Validation. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "American Vendor--IT Consulting" group.
