Job Title: SQL Server Architect

Requirements:
· Must have 5/8+ years designing and Architecting SSIS, SSRS
reports and ETL development inclusive of :
· Experience in database design, implementation, and performance
tuning
o Work with business users to clarify report and ETL requirements.
o Design, develop, implement, and validate reports and/or ETL processes.
o Create and execute unit test plans based on system and validation
requirements.
o Experience with ETL process and technologies: SSIS
· Must have SME w in SQL Server 2008 R2 platform.
o Expectations include items such as coding complex components, debugging
a problem component of the system, tuning an environment, or writing
queries, or generating ad hoc reports.
· Troubleshoot, optimize, and tune SQL processes.
· Provide technical documentation per our clients methodology.
· Maintain existing code and fix bugs whenever needed.
· Collaborate with various functional business units to gather
reporting requirements.
· Create ad-hoc and automated reporting solutions.
· Knowledge of software development life cycle {SLDC}
· Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the
organization.
· Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and
effective communicator
