Job Title :	BI Analysts with Tableau experience

Interview Type :	Telephonic
Duties & Responsibilites :	- Project is currently in the descriptive phase - types of data the analyst will be working with: - how many clients ADP lost? - sales - how much revenue did they lose that month? - Predictive data and forecasting tools. - bachelor's degree highly preferred - This person needs to have experience building dashboards - Taking requirements and working with very Sr. level executive team across the different businesses - This dashbaord is used by internal ADP employees - Great communication required - Liasion between the Sr. Director of Financial Operations and the different departments - 3-5 years experience required - 5+years preference Required Skills: Excel, Tableau, creating dashboards in Tableau, 5 years of experience with Tableau, financial experince is preferred, excellent communication is required.
