Job Title : C# Developer
Location : Hanover, MD
Expected Duration of Project : 12 Months
Start Date : 10/01/2014
Interview Type : Telephonic, Personal
Duties & Responsibilites :

- Performs systems analysis, design, programming,documentation, performance evaluation, or implementation of complex system applications and related Management Information
- Systems/Automated Data Processing (MIS/ADP) systems concepts for
- effective implementation. 
- Participates in all phases of the software development life cycle with emphasis on the planning, analysis, testing and acceptance phases. 
- Designs and prepares technical reports and related documentation, and makes charts and graphs to record results.
- Prepares and delivers presentations and briefings as required.

Required Skills:
- Bachelors degree with 7 years of professional experience
- Strong C# and HTML 5 development experience

Preferred Skills:
- DotNetNuke module development
- MVC and Asp.Net Forms
- Mobile First design
- Mobile web application testing including iPad and Android devices
- PHP/Classic ASP
- OpenLayers or Google Map _javascript_ API
- Transportation experience
