Quality Additional Information As a SharePoint Client/Consulting Team Member will; The point of contact for all SharePoint Support questions (3rd level Tier support); Handle End User Support Tickets ; Create and maintain help documentation ; Create and maintain Knowledge Items ; Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to business areas, projects and SOWs (Statements of Work). Consult with projects and site collection owners/administrators as requested; Maintain Service Manager metrics; Learn and be familiar with all capabilities of the SharePoint platform (including collaboration tools associated with SharePoint, Sitrion and KwizCom) *Preferred skills and/or experience: Qualifications/Skills and Experience/Knowledge required for this position are*: 1. Experience/knowledge with SharePoint Platform features/functionalities a. Previous experience as a Site Administrator is a plus b. Awareness of Business Social capabilities c.
