Duties & Responsibilites :	- Designs from requirements, codes from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements complex software applications. - Uses coding methods in specific programming languages to initiate or enhance program execution and functionality. - Participates in the evaluation, recommendation, and selection of hardware and software solutions. -Candidate will be developing tools and utilities for operational support.  -Currently there is no insight in the system to answer how, and when a service (ie, text) went out and was sent to distribution.  -Candidate will be creating some applications with simple UI to input what time, day, etc. and some applications will not.  -The application will asist in eliminating the need to "re-do" the templates and all the work for production and streamline the flow.  -It will help to eliminate errors and improve quality. Required Skills: -Java, J2EE, Oracle, Websphere, RAD (Rational Application Developer) - Good oral and written communication skills a must. - Requires a bacheloras degree in area of specialty or at least 5+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. - 5+ years Java, J2EE, SQL/PLSQL, Oracle, RAD, Websphere and Unix/Linux Shell Scripting - Preferred but not mandatory: Jquery, _javascript_, SDLC - Requirements are minimal and there will not be alot of design. - Candidate must be confident to take a task and roll with it.
