| Duties & Responsibilites : | -The Program Manager (PM) designs, plans, and coordinates work teams.
-Provides technical support to project team members. Handles complex application features and technical designs.
-Designs and implements the components required for complex application features.
-Generally manages a group of applications systems analysts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Usually reports to a senior manager.
Required Experience:
-8 to 10 years of experience.
-Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performs a variety of complicated tasks, may lead and direct the work of others, may report directly to a project lead or manager, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-PM should have previously managed enterprise Exchange (and ideally vault) email migration projects Required 6 Years
-PM should have general knowledge of Active Directory and the concepts of directory synchronization and authentication Required 6 Years
-PM should have experience with the Google solution and preferably migrating users from Microsoft to Google Required 3 Years
-PM should be able to pair up with a PM from selected 3rd party vendor (Google) and manage State of Iowa tasks Required 3 Years
-Project Manager Experience: able to produce examples of project plans and issue tracking lists demonstrating this Required 6 Years
-Knowledge and working experience with MS Project Required 3 Years
