Title:  *Implementation Consultant - Digital Banking*

Duration of assignment- *Long term*

Location- *Portsmouth, NH (But need to travel to Client customer locations
on need basis)*





*Summary:*

The primary responsibility of the Implementation Consultant is to provide
extensive customer interface at all stages of a project facilitating a
positive customer experience. The main goal of the Implementation
Consultant is to assist our client in the implementation and configuration
of our cash management software. Strong understanding of Payments
including: ACH, Fed Wire, BACS, CHAPS, SWIFT. Basic SQL experience desired.
He/she will work with the sales staff, the Project and/or services
management and other delivery consultants, as well as numerous client team
members. This may include but is not limited to: configuration of Client
software products, client communication, business process consulting,
custom program implementation, troubleshooting, issue tracking and
resolution, training, and other tasks necessary to execute the contracted
services.

The Implementation Consultant may be called on to assist in pre-sale review
and documentation of a client's current systems and business applications.
Establishing technical business requirements and identify any new or
enhanced business processes and determining where Client software and
services meet those requirements.

The Implementation Consultant requires experience and/or demonstration of
an advanced level of knowledge and performance of the tasks described
herein. Additional responsibilities of the Implementation Consultant
include team leadership and mentoring, documenting best practice, and
leading business process improvement initiatives.



*Typical Responsibilities:*

1.       Reports directly to the Vice President of Program Management

2.       Reports into the Program Manager(s) on client engagements

3.       Improves the knowledge of global cash management practices across
all internal functions

4.       Participates in pre-sales activities to gather requirements and
work with project teams

5.       Ensures that the specifications meet the business need and
validate the delivery is consistent with normal business processes our
clients would expect

6.       Participates as part of the engagement team to provide ongoing
business expertise and direction

7.       Triages issues reported by client

8.       Responsible for Change Control Management

9.       Gathers detailed client requirements to help product in backlog
grooming & design

10.   Participates in Business inline testing to ensure delivered
functionality meets business requirements

11.   Provides support/training to clients testing teams

12.   Conducts business/functional requirements review workshops

13.   Gathers feedback from client & end users to facilitate future
enhancements



*Key Metrics: *

1.       Like every member of the Professional Services organization, the
Implementation Consultant is evaluated on the ability of the business unit
to provide outstanding support services to our customers while identifying
potential revenue opportunities. Additionally, the Implementation
Consultant is evaluated on the ability of the business unit to meet revenue
and contribution targets and to successfully work as part of a team
delivering customer solutions on time and on budget. Specific evaluation
metrics may include:

2.       Project completion ratios, i.e. the ability to help the company
deliver target solutions on time and on budget

3.       Billable utilization

4.       Project profitability

5.       Customer satisfaction



*Required Skills:*

1.       Strong background and knowledge of cash management in the banking
and finance industry

2.       Proven ability to execute on technology projects within a bank or
financial institution

3.       Experience running requirements gathering workgroup sessions with
external customers

4.       Excellent client facilitation skills

5.       Management of business analyst team a strong plus

6.       Familiarity with agile requirements methodologies

7.       Experience providing accurate effort estimates in support of
project planning activities

8.       Strong problem solving skills

9.       Willingness to travel to client site for requirements meetings
(Global)

10.   Strong written and communication skills (MS Office skills,
specifically Word and Excel)

11.   Database Knowledge (SQL Developer/Toad)

12.   Familiarity with SOAP/XML message formats
