Duties & Responsibilites :	REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: • Minimum 3 years of experience configuring and developing in ServiceNow • Experience implementing ServiceNow modules including : Incident, SLA, Surveys, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, Configuration Management, LDAP, SSO, SOAP MID Server, Inbound emails. • Experience implementing ServiceNow configuration changes using but not limited to: Client Side Scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Business Rules, workflow administration, report setup, data imports. • Experience designing, implementing and testing SOAP Web Services. • Strong experience with the Definition of business requirements, identifying scope, estimating work effort and project duration is a plus. • AD. LDAP, SSO integration with ServiceNow, using the ServiceNow Mid-Server component is required. • UI Development experience utilizing the ServiceNow CMS platform using both _javascript_ and HTML5 would be extremely helpful
