-The Information Technology Services division needs a dynamic Software Developer to support the Identity and Access Management Program
-Our group is comprised of a collaborative team that supports strategic initiatives such as identity and access governance, convergence of physical and logical access, cloud and mobile access and advancing emerging technologies for Client.

-Design and develop high quality software services and features for projects
-Work with stakeholders to transform requirements into technical solutions
-Communicate effectively and work closely with other teams to ensure we're building the best products
-Display and promote adaptability to learn new tools and technologies
-Configure a COTS application in the Federal Reserve server environment
-Install, configure, and develop connectors used to communicate between the COTS product and the Federal Reserve data sources/applications
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
-3 + years of experience in web application development and support
-Experience with Java/J2EE development with excellent object-oriented analysis, design, and programming skills
-Experience with: Spring, Hibernate, JUnit, BeanShell/_javascript_, JSP/Servlets, HTML, XML, CSS, AJAX, WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, Firewalls
-Experience with relational database design, SQL, and LDAP
-Experience with IDE’s, build systems, testing structures, and deployment methodologies and practices
-Ability to work using an Agile software development process, such as Scrum
-Experience with source code management and change control process
-Excellent analytic skills to bring innovative solutions to difficult problems
-Working knowledge of BMC, SailPoint, IBM Tivoli, or Oracle Identity Management suites
-Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent training and
