* Location* : Cary, NC 1. Manage medium to large scale Application Development, Maintenance and Support projects on HCL client engagements. 2. Own delivery of the customer Business and IT projects on time, to scope, to budget 3. Work with Integrated teams (possibly client and other vendors) across the globe to deliver 4. Build Stakeholder relationships to facilitate the delivery and HCL position 5. Provide timely update on delivery to the Program team 6. Work with Global Delivery Teams to ensure quality delivery to the client 7. Work with and in the HCL environment, changing approaches where appropriate 8. Build consultative and long term relationships of value with HCL’s client base. Bachelor’s degree; PMP Certification preferred Additional requirements: 1. Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM and related frameworks required 2. Excellent Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and standard SDLC methodologies 3. Deep understanding of L1/L2/L3 tickets – Incident, Problem and Change Management processes 4. Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills 5. Good communication and presentation skills 6.
