Title: Sr. Business Analyst/Solution Architect Duration: Long Term Location: San Jose, CA Need people with 9-12 yrs of Ex., extensive experience in Marketing and Sales projects. Need expertise on any of the 3 below softwares: - Marketo - Salesforce - SAP Must have done some high level Solution Architecting work in the recent projects. *Specific responsibilities:* · Focal contact between IT and Marketing/Sales Super Users, Systems Owners, End Users, and Technical Teams providing support to NVIDA Marketing & Sales groups. · Interact with business teams to gather & analyze requirements and develop solutions. Operate as an expert to review business requirements, process designs, solution designs, and implementation. · Partner with IT Vendor Management Office in RFP development, vendor evaluation, contract renewals and negotiations. · Develop implementation and project plans in compliance with IT PMO processes. · Create, review, and maintain detailed functional and technical design documents for functional areas. · Develop and maintain use cases, process diagrams and user functional flows. · Work with internal and external development teams to create scalable and sustainable custom applications and enhancements to packaged applications. · Work with internal and external infrastructure teams to launch corporate websites. · Prepare and execute testing plans to ensure high quality results.
