Responsibilities:
Will manage the BMC Remedy
Hands on Experience with
•BMC AR (Action Request) Server
•BMC Asset Management
•Should prove to be a Strong CMDB resource
•BMC Midtier
•Remedy Migrator
•Responsibilities will include System administration, installation, configuration and a
•upgrades
Strong Knowledge of BMC ARS Architecture
•BMC Remedy Support experience required
•Should have Knowledge of OR hands on experience with Upgrade paths from 7.1 to 8.1
•Should be aware of BMC Remedy Best Practices
•Strong Analytical and logical skills
•Should have hands on experience working with OS like UNIX, LINIUX
•Development experience is added advantage.
