| Duties & Responsibilites : | Description for Salesforce Developer:
This Salesforce Developer role will be geared towards understanding legacy applications, current business needs, and implementing new solutions and processes using the Salesforce Platform. Selected candidate will work under general direction and be expected to escalate issues as needed, while always keeping team informed of potential issues.
This includes, but is not limited to, the application and review process, awards and budgeting, monitoring and oversight, portfolio and analytics, and member management/payroll functions.
Requirements of the Salesforce Developer:
-BS Degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in web development including Salesforce, HTML, _javascript_, and CSC.
-Knowledge of SQL queries and SQL profiling.
-Ability to complete difficult and complex assignments.
-Excellent MS Excel, MS Word skills.
-Flexible to work long hours if needed to ensure smooth contract implementation.
-Solid oral and written communication skills and good consulting skills.
-Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, i.e. Permanent Resident or EAD.
-Must successfully pass a thorough Company and Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting. |
