Hi, Senior Front End Developers (2 openings)
Title:JavaScript Front End Developer Location:San Francisco CA, (Locals only) Duration:12 months (may go 18) Need code samples. Examples on how they have contributed and supplemented their own code to an existing open sourced JavaScript framework that others share (like a code library). Looking for Senior Level Frontend Developers with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript Frameworks but most importantly Native JavaScript with Open sourced framework experience. Ideally they have contributed code to an open sourced framework. She will be looking for folks that have code examples and ideally can share their code with them over GitHub. Other JavaScript frameworks preferably YUI but jQuery or MooTools is OK. More importantly, they should understand how the framework functions and how to extend or modify it. Additionally they should know how to get around RIA applications. Listing of Frontend Tools they ideally would have exposure to: Object-Oriented JavaScript ,Responsive design, grids ,MVC (front-end) ,RIA ,Design Patterns Modularization Internationalization AJAX JSON Handlebars Node.js Service Oriented Architecture JavaScript closures JavaScript scoping JavaScript performance tuning Event handling HTML 5 & CSS 3 Web accessibility and the Semantic Web JSP Apache/Tomcat for local set up Some sort of testing tool like Firebug, Chrome Developer Tools Fiddler Spring MVC Jackson Services/Service Layer DB/Data Access Layer Oracle Service Bus (OSB) JSTL Java 1.6+ SVN Eclipse Git Grunt UNIX JAWS JS framework, preferably YUI but jQuery or MooTools is OK.
