If you are have any consultant comfortable with the requirement please reply me back with his updated resume ASAP. *Position:: Technical systems analyst* *Location::Roseland,NJ* *Duration:: 6+ months* *Skills required:-* · Strong analytical ability to dig into tables, procedures, existing code for reverse engineering and translating the business requirements into technical requirements. · Identify the gaps between source and target and provide the necessary mapping translations to the developers for coding. · Business knowledge to participate in the discussions with business ( need to reverse engineer the existing code, translate them into business terms, buy-in the confirmation from business, again translate the new business rules for the feeds into technical terms for the developers) · Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills. · Knowledge of tooling in the Application Lifecycle Management space will be a huge plus. · Experience with analytical tools such as MS Office Suite, Visio, DB Artisan will be a plus. · Experience with versioning software. · Experience with commonly used SDLC methodologies such as waterfall, iterative, agile, etc. · Good understanding of relational databases (RDB) and RDB design with the ability to create and read Entity Relationship Diagrams. · Insurance industry experience will be a plus.
