| Duties & Responsibilites : | Scrum Master -Prior Project Lead or Project Management experience -Certified Scrum Master (CSM) ideal but not required -Ability to lead SDLC/Waterfall as well as some of the external vendor parts of the projects (hardware) are completed this way. This person could also potentially focus on projects around high-speed data - speed trials and speed test analysis. - ScrumMaster cert a plus, but not required - Agile, Scrum – 3 to 5 years of experience - Candidates must be energetic, motivated, smart, thorough, type A (personality is very important) - Must be comfortable interacting with engineers, the business units, field teams, internal groups (legal, marketing etc) - Strong communication skills are very important - IT, telecom or MSO experience a plus - Must have good documentation skills |
