| Duties & Responsibilites : | Qualifications/Requirements
-Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).
-Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in software development using Java/J2EE technologies, spring, hibernate, JPA, web services.
-Excellent experience using design patterns and best practices in design and development.
-Experience using OSGI technology stack.
-Experience using data warehousing and ETL systems
-Experience with databases like oracle, sql server and proficient in SQL
-Creative Problem solver.
-Excellent Analytical and Problem solving skills
-Work collaboratively as part of a self-organizing scrum team with minimal supervision
-Participate in verification and testing efforts as needed.
-Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
-Must be willing to work out of an office located in Barrington, IL
-Must be willing to take a drug test and submit to a background investigation as part of the selection process.
-Must be 18 years or older.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
SQL Server, J2EE, Hibernate, Spring
Desired Characteristics
-Experience with standards like HL7 preferred.
-Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
-Work with an agile team of 5-6 members through the agile development cycle
-Able to clearly articulate and document software designs and strategies
-Write high quality code using test-driven development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) practices |
