Identity & Access Management domain experience 2. Experienced in all phases of Identity Life Cycle Management 3. Hands-on Administration Experience in IBM/SUN Directory Server 4. Administering, troubleshooting and performance testing of different types of directories 5. Performance tuning and maintenance of different types of directories 6. Multi-Master Replication Oracle/Sun DSEE based environments 7. Creation of entries for Directory Servers using command line, GUI, and LDIF files 8. PERL and SHELL scripting 9. Monitoring of LDAP Services using script-based dash-boarding 10. Knowledge of Web Services, Oracle 11g and other databases used in conjunction with LDAP applications 11. Understanding of system metrics through in house tools or industry standard tools 12. Excellent verbal and written Business Communication Skills 13. Good understanding of the software engineering lifecycle and principles. 14. Experience in OIM, Oracle Waveset, Active Directory (AD) and different resource types such as Scripted JDBC etc. 15. Experienced in Web Services and XML *Good-to-Have * 16. Good knowledge of security and testing standards. 17. Ability to work to deadlines. 18. Strong problem-solving skills.
