Duties & Responsibilites :	Local candidates preferred, but not required. -Under minimal supervision, responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining the operating system environment. -Performs software installations and upgrades to operating systems. -WebSphere Application Server Administration experience to include installation, administration, configuration, security, customization, performance tuning and troubleshooting, etc. for WAS Informatica Installation/Administration experience with multiple environments and Informatica/ETL development. Additional Responsibilities -AIX 6.1, 7.1 and Power7 -Is comfortable with perl & shell scripting, creating new scripts, and modifying existing scripts to automate processes -Has practical working knowledge of DB2, & Cognos, at the operating system level -Understands and adheres to proper change control procedures -Maintains technical documentation to reflect changes to the environment -Configure and administer Logical volume manager / Veritas Voume Manager. -Patch and Package administration -Printer Administration -Writing shell scripts to accomplish day to day system administration task -Configuring and supporting Domains, LPAR s, DLPAR s -Administer & configure various FS like JFS , VxFS, Pseudo FS -Configuring Unix Security baseline REQUIRED SKILLS: -IBM WAS Required 5Years -InformaticaRequired 5Years -DB2Required5Years -IBM Web Sphere Required 5Years -Pearl & Shell Scripting Required 5 Years -TSM / Protect Tier Highly desired -POWER HA Highly desired  -Power7 VM, VIO Desired -AIX 7.1 Certification Desired -IBM XIV / SAN Storage Desired INTERVIEW PROCESS: In Person
