This is a jr. level BSA role. Candidates we are targeting have 5 yrs or less experience.
- The IT Business System Analyst (BSA) in the Corporate IT group will be solely focused on the Agile My Access Upgrade Conversion Team.
- Knowledge of Cyber Access Management processes and implementation and Oracle Identity and Access Management is a PLUS!
- An understanding of the Agile methodology, continuous improvement mindset, collaboration, outstanding communication skills, problem-solving, analytical skills, and the ability to work with non-it business partners, are keys to success in this role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed, the candidate will be interfacing with end users to collect information to be added to a new tool.
The candidate is preferred to have a technical background:
- Coordinating project meetings, action items, and follow-ups.
- Works with business unit team members to understand IT solution requirements.
- Actively engages with business unit team members to ensure good understanding of business strategies and identify partnership opportunities where IT can be leveraged to business advantage
- Assist the Project Manager with various management and administrative tasks.
Education:
BA or BS Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
Required Skills:
- Agile Experience
- 2+ years of IT related experience
- Strong Customer Service and Relationship Management Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong Initiative and Self Starter
- Passion for delivering high quality products and the drive to achieve a high level of client and customer satisfaction
- Experience with structured project management and software development processes
- Ability to analyze and understand complex processes and develop innovative approaches to resolve
- Good time management and ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and provide the desired results
- Background in documentation and analysis of data and reporting requirements.
