Job Description:
•Must - Experience worked as Project Manager managing IT applications & involved in PMO organization activities
•Agile projects experience and understand Agile Framework (SCRUM in particular)
•Experience in all phases of PM: Initiation, Planning, Monitoring and Closing
•Extensive experience in planning - Schedule (Iteration planning if Agile projects)/Milestone identification/Timeline, Resource planning, Application impacts identification, Estimation
•Extensive experience in MS Project for project planning/tracking, Power point and other related tools
•Stake holders identification, work with stake holders for Scope definition, functional/technical requirements
•Road map planning for project/product and highlights the features to Leadership & update periodic status reporting in various layers of management
•Guide/Assist in working with Technical team for Projects deliverables
•Create and manage the budget (reconciling estimate to actual & highlight deviation periodically in controlling budget)
•Extensive experience in status & various PM level reporting (deliverables, schedule, financials) in different formats (Power point, excel) to deliver to Sr Management independently
•Being proactive in identifying risks and coming up with mitigation plans by working with different stake holder teams
•Ensure Quality of the deliverables
•Work with various process teams to ensure projects run smoothly
•Projects Artifacts compliance tracking with the project team
•Excellent communication skills
