They are looking for resources Primarily in Agoura Hills or Downtown LA, they may consider Downtown San Francisco or NYC if they have difficulty filling the position *Updated Info:* * Regulatory Compliance and Reporting, FS-S&BI - CCAR Q/M/A and Regulatory Reporting * Financial Planning and Analysis FS-S& - Financial Modeling, CCAR Stress Testing Scenarios * Apllication Integration FS-FM&ST - Strong understanding of Finance Processes and Systems *Qualifying Questions:* 1. Has this person developed functional specifications for Regulatory reporting? Has this person participated in created regulatory reports? 2. Has this person done data analysis and conducted data sourcing activities? 3. Has this person done Financial Modeling and/or conducted CCAR Stress Testing Scenarios using Excel or other reporting tools? 4. Has this person been involved in full lifecycle implementation of CCAR or other regulatory reporting systems? Person should have gone through full lifecycle and been involved in at least 3 implementations *Qualifications:* · 10-12+ years relevant consulting and/or industry and functional experience · Experience with CCAR Q/M/A and Regulatory Reporting. · Experience with Financial Modeling, CCAR Stress Testing Scenarios · Demonstrated competency and skills in regulatory environments for banks · Strong understanding of Finance Processes and Systems Project team is chartered with ensuring Regulatory Reporting and CCAR applications are compliant with Enhanced Prudential Standards regulation. The candidate will work closely with the Regulatory Reporting and CCAR business users and SMEs within the organization to scope, define, and come up with the detailed requirements for the project. The candidate should have a strong understanding of various regulatory reports as well as CCAR Q/MA reports (FR Y-19Q, FR Y-19M and FR Y-19A). He/She should be able to access impacts to the existing/proposed applications supporting these business functions. The candidate should be able to work effectively in a self-directed environment, should show initiative, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and take a role in proactively improving our processes. Primary Responsibilities: Create functional requirements, identify data sources, gathers and analyze data sets and assess impacts of changes to Regulatory Reporting and CCAR reportsProvide functional support to the technical team in systems implementation and development and act as a liaison between end users and the technical team members.Participate in and help lead change management activities associated with the consolidation of various across all US entities. Partner with management, project champions, and process owners to align process improvement initiatives with business objectives.
