Looking for a resource to build out process maps and procedure documents for Commercial Loan operations .
Writing samples highly preferred.
 Banking, commercial ops experience highly preferred.
 20% of job: Lean process experience (do not need certifications)

- Must be able to look at processes with critical eye and look at what is occurring, dig into the activities and ask the key questions to get to the heart of what is needed. Is there a better way to do things, etc
Will not just create the work, but will do the work to create and build the process maps, and create documentation. Look at the map -

what is happening Find areas for improvement
- facilitate conversations around those ideas, dig deeper to find those oppsopportunities for improvement.
 Technical Writing - 80% of job: Observe processes, break them down, document the process and procedure, include screen shots, etc.
Strong MS Word and other products (Adobe, MS PowerPoint) to support technical writing efforts.
