Primary Responsibilities · Minimum of 8 years professional experience in Software Development with responsibilities in .NET web application development, .NET services, and database development. · Solid Experience of OOP, C#, .NET 2.0/3.5/4, and Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010. · Must have strong experience of .NET Web services, Windows services, WCF Services and XML. · Skills in writing Transact SQL and stored procedures. · Good knowledge of SQL Server 2005/2008 products, SSIS and SSRS is added advantage. · Good Knowledge of RDMS database engines, database modeling and database optimization is added advantage. · Experience working with Scribe is a bonus. · Knowledge of third party controls such as Telerik and Intersoft is added advantage. · Knowledge in iPreo BDVision or other CRM vendor products is a bonus. · Experience of Capital Markets is a bonus Excellent skills are critical. · Excellent communications skill 1) verbally 2) written 3) ability to work well with others Responsibilities Reporting to the Client & Sales Intelligence Program manager, the Senior CRM Dynamics/.NET Developer will be responsible for: · Working with Application Development teams, ETL team, Business Analysts, Development Managers and Business Sponsor teams in the delivery of CRM and reporting solutions that fulfill requirements and comply to the standards and processes used at RBC. · Proactive involvement in the development, enhancement and ongoing maintenance of CRM Dynamics, .NET and SQL server based applications. · Building robust, scalable and high performance solutions that meet the business requirements. · Creating and executing unit testing for each new functionality being developed. · Documenting functional design and technical design. · Working independently in the team with ability to promote code across dev and test environments and ensuring quality code is delivered into production. · Assisting with problem support and resolution.
