*214-541-9047 Position:** BI Analyst* * Location: Richardson, TX Duration: 6+ months* *Systems Technical Analyst * *Job description:* •This position is responsible for identifying, analyzing and evaluating system requirements and implementing solutions for projects and enhancements. •Must have the business and technical ability to define systematic approaches to solving issues and drive the direction of a solution •knowledge of cross team functionality *•Represents the team outside the department, especially to the business, and to integrated EHCM solution release team. * •Must be able to work independently. •Proactively search out potential problems and recommend resolutions. •Must demonstrate ability to acquire skills with minimal formal training - must be a self-starter. •This person will participate in planning sessions with the project team to analyze business requirements and define the proposed solutions, performing analysis of underlying data source/schema and make recommendations to enhance solution performance. •Additionally, this person will be responsible for completing requirements/design documents that will be used by the development teams, to create required solutions.
