*Job Title: Systems Analyst/QA Tester* *Location: Herndon, VA* *Duration: 8 Months+* *H1B, GC, USC ONLY* *Required Qualifications*: • 5+ years’ experience in reviewing, analyzing, and modifying programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's application systems • Create test models for SIT testing (plans, data and scripts) including the identification, collection and/or creation of test data • Develop, update and maintain quality testing standards and procedures • Assist in the planning, creation and control of the test environment(s) • Proven ability to consult with business end users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives • Excellent communication skills: expected to write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections • Proven ability to write manuals for users to describe installation and operating procedures • Working knowledge of relational databases and client-server concepts *Preferred Qualifications:* • BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar computer or engineering field, or equivalent experience and/or professional certification • Ability to participate in customer status meetings as scheduled • Effective leadership to direct the work of others and judgment to plan and accomplish goal • Ability to perform a variety of complicated tasks and displaying a wide degree of creativity and latitude Additional Provisions: • Pass a client mandated clearance process to include drug screening, criminal history check and credit check. • Once candidate’s resume is approved and interview passed, the agency is responsible for providing drug screening. Failure to submit the drug screening results will delay the security clearance process. • If a candidate is given an interim clearance, continuation of employment is then based on the candidate receiving a sensitive clearance. • All candidates must be a US Citizen, have permanent residence status, H-1B Visa. • Cannot have more than 6 months cumulative outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded.
