Job Description:
This Resource will split their 40hr week between (2) projects; HRMS and Advanced Life Cycle.
Requirements:
• The ability to build strong client relationships and show while still advancing the project work is important.
• The right PM will have experience in a range of PM methodology including the use of agile Project Management.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills are required. Candidates will be asked to provide examples of the past work products.
• Previous experience managing large vendor implementations which preferably included enterprise financial applications such as accounting, payroll, and human resource systems with components of business process/operation outsourcing
• The PM must be an experienced senior PM with an excellent track record in working with government related agencies.
• 7+yrs. experience of Agile Project Management
Advanced skills REQUIRED
• Other framework of Project Management acceptable as well, looking for experience working with vendors.
Advantaged Life Cycle Project Synopsis:
The Advantage Grant Lifecycle Management Module goal is to solve the statewide decentralized grant management process problems by centralizing core and common grant management in one system.
It was determined to fully understand the needs of the agencies involved it would require the analysis of the agencies needs.
The proper analysis is needed to make this project successful.
HRMS Project Synopsis:
-This Maine Human Resource Management project in currently in progress.
-This project is the replace/enhance the current HR systems.
-The current project manager is leaving the project and we are seeking to fill that position.
-This Project Manager will manage the RFP process and assist in the selection of a vendor.
-The project has already started.
-Delay in filling this position could lead a delay in the project .
