This HRIS Analyst will support and maintain the Oracle Human Resource
Management System (HRMS) as well as other systems used or supported by the
payroll and human resources departments. This individual will serve as a
technical point-of-contact for payroll and human resources functional areas
and assists users with system maintenance and functioning, ensuring data
integrity, testing of system changes, production support, project
management, training, analyzing data flows for process improvement
opportunities, and other HRIS or Payroll needs.



Job Requirements:

•                    Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

•                    Five plus years of Oracle HRIS experience. Systems
implementation experience is a plus.

•                    Experience with SQL, Dataloader and Oracle HRIS (R12
preferred) technical experience with Manager and Employee Self Service
deployment

•                    Experience with utilizing Oracle APIs is a PLUS

•                    Advanced MS Excel experience.

•                    Strong understanding of HR systems, policies and
process

Duties:

•                    Serves as a liaison between Human Resources and
Information Technology Departments

•                    Provides systems support and analysis

•                    Leverage technology solutions to meet the needs of HR
and users of HR information systems

•                    Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates on
project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that
occur during the course of projects

•                    Monitors project work to ensure that progress is
maintained within expected guidelines

•                    Creates test scenarios and assists project team
members in performing tests to insure all processes work according to
predetermined goals

•                    Investigating problems and developing detailed
suggestions for resolution of issues

•                    Assists management in identifying and analyzing
options and recommends business process enhancements

•                    Assists department staff with technical issues related
to the use of HRIS systems

•                    Assists staff in the creation of more difficult
queries to select and compile information from the HRIS system as needed

•                    Assists in developing training plans and training
documents

•                    Create complex queries to provide program statistics
for management

•                    Analyze and interpret statistics to provide overview
of findings

•                    Works with HR staff in the development of project
scope of work documents and project plans that include analysis of cost,
benefit, work schedule, related risks and return on investment.
