5. .NET
6. SQL (TSQL, Stored Procedures, Views, etc.)
7. Agile experience
8. Windows Work flow foundation(1+ year for at least one resource)

9. Telerik Kendo UI, Telerik Just Mock, Telerik ORM
10. SSIS
11. SSRS
12. Good education or equivalent
