Job Title- Business Analyst, (Service Management solution Specialist) 3 years Call center domain experience is mandatory, JD- 3-5 years’ experience directly applying system and process improvements for call center / customer support organizations. Kindly search candidates with solid call center experience, (This is must) Experience managing a high performing call center / service center is a plus. Demonstrated ability to view contact center operations strategically and recognize both long- and short-term opportunities for improvement. 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Analyst/Architect determining business needs, defining requirements, identifying solutions, writing requirements documents and ensuring that the solutions actually meet the requirements. Demonstrated experience implementing multiple Call Center / Service Center software implementations (preferably with Salesforce.com Service Cloud). Experience with integrated Contact Center Technologies to facilitate multi-channel interactions (Call, Web, Email, Chat, etc.) within the Call Center / Service Center application. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, process and draw conclusions from large data-sets, and to use data to prioritize optimization improvement opportunities. Excellent oral and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate with people from all levels and different cultures. Experience presenting to users, technical teams, and managers.
