*Onboarding Analyst – Technical Engineer * Location: Remote, Los Colinas (Dallas), TX OR Charlotte, NC **majority of the roles are Work From Home (WFH)** *Primary Skills:* 2-3 must have skills/experience: Office 365, Exchange 2007/10, IIS, and Active Directory, Exchange specific knowledge; Strong technical background, Experience with and understanding of mail transport fundamentals (POP/IMAP/SMPT). This *high priority* project is now 24x7; we will need up towards 100 people to staff this project. This project is a **work from home** and the training is virtual. This is a high priority project and we need to staff it immediately. *Description of work:* This team is responsible for the technical aspects of onboarding customers and partners which includes providing proactive guidance and remediation assistance You will help transform the traditional on premises deployment approach to an automated Onboarding Service for small and medium size businesses As the Onboarding Ambassador for this business you will drive the technical execution and identify improvement opportunities to maintain customer and partner satisfaction during the FastTrack deployments You are responsible to deliver the customer Onboarding Experience for Office 365 while utilizing the company’s intellectual property and assets across partners, Microsoft Enterprise Services Engineering and Support teams, the Microsoft field sales organizations and Office 365 business groups The Onboarding Ambassador role will require developing exceptionally strong and transparent working relationships with the aforementioned teams to deliver expected customer.
