Work with the team to provide critical insight and reviews into HCM applications and data internal.The team supports many compensation requirements. The candidate will have good knowlege of Java, dbms and good communications skills. 1. 3-5 years’ experience in Java and related technologies: 2. Works on multiple applications. 3. Strong understanding of at least one programming language. 4. Strong knowledge of coding, testing, and debugging applications. 5. Strong knowledge of application configuration, maintenance and support 6. Provides informal mentoring to less experienced colleagues. 7. Develops innovative and creative output based on interpretation and analysis. 8. Participates and may lead critical projects, customer engagements or business processes. 9. Provides design and documentation at an application or function capability level. 10. Participates in establishing and maintaining application standards and processes. 11. Database - Oracle or Sybase 12. Should have strong understanding of Java, SOAP, XML and shell scripting 13. UNIX Shell scripting 14. Should have good client facing skills 15.
