This side Akash from Kani Solution and I have below urgent position for my client, please have a look it and if comfortable please reply. *Job Title:** Oracle ERP Developer* *Job Location:** Detroit, MI* *Duration: Long Term* *Job Responsibilities:* - Provide Oracle EBS R12 Services functional expertise to customers and internal project teams; Configuring and/or customizing the system as needed - Work with cross functional and internal teams to determine both the downstream and upstream impacts of a potential design - Maintain extensive documentation for all projects including Requirements, Functional Specifications (Systems Analysis and Design, As-Is vs. To-Be, Use Cases, Flow Diagrams), Training, Test Plan and Scripts, BR100’s, etc. - Conduct System Testing (SIT) and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), providing Tier1 and Tier2 support as needed - Devise training plans and documents; conduct end user training - Drive key meetings and workshops to with all levels of management to advise on strategic business and system solutions; building trust and business relationships with our business customers - Manage the Install Base and Services project portfolio on a bi-weekly basis - Provide production support when required - Offer support to other team members and mentor *Skills and Experience Required:* - 6+ years of experience in implementing and enhancing Oracle e-Business Services modules (IB, Srv.
