The successful candidate will have experience developing, modifying and negotiating complex agreements and amendments for the procurement of all IT hardware, software, telecommunications, and professional services. *IT Contract Administrator Job Details* Review, redline, and negotiate third party IT agreements Insure that all IT agreements include the required IT specific terms and conditions.
