There will also be a heavy focus with on boarding/off-boarding; responsibilities including automation, data entry, field changes, requests, work flows, UI. They would also like to integrate SharePoint and SAP with ServiceNow utilizing SOAP. This person will work with the Manager and an assigned Project Manager to complete the necessary requirements. Most of the requirements are already gathered, but there will likely be a need for documentation. When dealing with custom applications, this person may be interfacing with sales ops and the app dev team. *Required Skills/Experience:* 1. Bachelor's degree 2. 2+ years of ServiceNow experience 3. Highly proficient with scripting (JavaScript) 4. Experience with application UI configuration, workflow design and client-specific reporting 5.
