*HTML, XSL Developer-Irving, TX* *3+ months Duration* *Job Description:* Well versed in reading and writing XSL. Knowledge and experience in hand coding HTML for email, including nested tables, forms, cross browser functionality, and various versions of HTML (i.e.: 3.2, 4.0, 5 etc.). Hands on knowledge of slicing graphics, image optimization techniques, image file formats, Adobe Photoshop and Fireworks. A working knowledge of CSS2, CSS3, tableless layouts and familiarity with JavaScript including javascript libraries such as jQuery, mootools. Understanding of User Experience and User Interface a plus such as social network integration. Attention to detail is a must. Candidate should also have strong organizational skills. Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks - Hand-code HTML and JavaScript to develop Web pages and HTML based emails. - Code corresponding text and viral marketing if needed. - Optimize graphic elements and upload images for image serving - Maintain online creative coding archive site housing all client work - Upload creative and send test emails to Internal and Client resources for approvals, incorporating modifications as needed *Qualifications* - HTML hand-coding skills (without the help of a WYSIWYG) - XSL knowledge and experience - PC and/or Mac Proficient - Experience with graphic packages that include: Photoshop, Fireworks - Experience with flash: actionscript, vector based graphics and animation - Person who is detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast paced environment - Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines - Excellent communication skills - Excellent Problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently *A)Education/Technical Requirements* - Bachelor Degree - Experience with hand-coding HTML and JavaScript - Experience with XSL and CSS2 - Working knowledge of graphic packages that include: Photoshop, Fireworks, Flash. - Experience with Homesite or non-WYSIWYG Editors a plus. - Experience with User Interface and User Experience a plus. 1. *General Skills* - Ability to communicate effectively - Willingness to learn and ability to work - Motivated to work in a dynamic, results-oriented Internet environment, focused on delivering excellent levels of service to customers. - Totally customer oriented; willingness to stretch to exceed customer expectations - Persevering and a positive mental attitude 1. *Competencies* - Communication. - Quality focus. - Customer Focus. - Initiative and Tenacity. - Team Working Ability.
