Load and Performance Tester Duration – 12+ months (long-term government contract) Location – Kansas City, MO Phone Hire ***REMEMBER the background check process could take weeks and weeks and weeks so **Need **someone that is willing to accept the position and then wait to give notice at their current project until the background check has been cleared. I DO NOT WANT SOMEONE TO ACCEPT AND THEN BACK OUT.* Looking for an experienced Load and Performance Tester that will be responsible for the verification of software products based on requirements. • Client is managing $60M worth of work in KC – they have 500 full time employees in the area – very solid contract • This is a high profile project with Presidential and Congressional visibility • Government laptop will be issued – working off a cloud based environment, Our consultant has been working on building this group for the past 10 months. They want this new person to start and work side by side with our consultant as he hands off his work. The new consultant needs to be a true Load and Performance Tester *not a QA tester* *who has done load and performance*. • They have MS Tool suite including Visual Studio ultimate edition that can perform load and performance testing. They want this person to finish building a center of excellence that our current consultant has been working on for the last 10 months. It is almost built so there isn’t a lot of that work left, they will just need to take it and run with it. • It is* not *required that they have VS ultimate experience. They are more concerned about the person having *process experience* and not the technology experience. Would really like someone that has helped *create a load and performance group*. • There are currently 10 QAs in the department .
