An individual’s skill set may be more focused toward windows development, web development or database development but in general they understand and are capable of working efficiently using one or more programming language (HTML, PHP, java, java script, MySQL, SQL, etc.) . Generally they will be assigned to projects according to skill set and may be involved in multiple projects at a given time.
