*Boston, MA* *USC GC’s only on this* *12 months* *IPASS Project Scope/Summary:* IPASS is an internal application single sign-on (SSO) system that provides authentication and authorization for certain agency internal and external agency systems. Agency systems consist of “legacy” systems that are used for read-only/historical purposes and production systems that are actively used by internal staff and external/public users. IPASS uses older technology (COM objects) and is hard to maintain. A contractor is needed to replace the backend IPASS web service methods used by the Job Quest Employer (JQE) production system with new non-IPASS web services. The JQE system uses C# web services to interface to the IPASS system. The new solution will utilize the current JQE web service method signatures (IE: same method names, same parameters, same data types), but will be re-written using Microsoft Visual Studio 2013/C# for extensibility and ease of maintenance by EOLWD IT staff.
