*Role: Business and Process Consultant <www2.jobdiva.com/employers/open_rfq.jsp?rfqid=7407564> Location: Illinois, IL Duration:- 6-8+Months* *Job description:-* Retail financial and open-to-buy planning, merchandise planning, assortment planning, replenishment & allocation, demand forecasting, inventory planning Supply Chain Experience Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL, ability to write queries. Knowledge of data modeling / database structure Should be proficient in Package Configuration. You focus on building solutions and on maintaining, optimizing and improving a client's applications and systems. You contribute to a business and technical blueprint and customize the respective Software Package Core Module. You may also be responsible for unit testing, contribute to integration testing, and/or be responsible for the design and delivery of end-user training. Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management Proven ability to facilitate a business requirements gathering session with a client and document what you learn. This role involves a lot of writing. Ability to guide a client if you know what they're asking will cause them difficulty in the future, you must be able to diplomatically lead them toward a compromise solution. Analytical thinker with strong math skills and some programming or database experience is a must we don't require you to program, but you'll be working with programmers so you need to know how they think. Business Acumen you'll be working with the client's business team, so you need to know how they think. Business Software experience either working for a software company or implementing a major business software package as a consultant or as a client. Strong project management skills ability to put together a project plan and manage a project and budget.
