*Job Description:*
The requirement is for a Senior Voice Engineer/lead who can performs
activities required to support the VoIP network in an enterprise Cisco
Contact Center environment. The candidate should have extensive Cisco Call
Manager hands on experience and should have worked in a Cisco UCCE contact
center environment.
*Roles and Responsibilities:*
Provide Tier-3 support for the VoIP network in an enterprise multi-cluster
CUCM environment.
Deployment and maintenance of VoIP system components and software.
Deployment and management of VoIP system monitoring.
Ensure VoIP devices are configured and maintained in accordance with
appropriate standards, best practices, and regulatory compliance
requirements.
Work on projects in collaboration with various delivery and operations
groups.
Identification, diagnosis and resolution of VoIP system issues.
Work with Cisco TAC on escalated issues.
Performance Analysis and capacity planning for VoIP system expansion and
upgrade.
Provide documentation, train and mentor junior team members
*Qualifications:*
Demonstrated hands-on knowledge of SCCP, H.323, MGCP, SIP and related
signaling protocols and E.164 addressing structure.
Demonstrated experience in configuring Cisco routers and switches to
support Voice and Video
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP, IP Multicast and
related network protocols.
Understanding of Quality of Service (QoS) issues
Expert level testing and troubleshooting skills on telephone systems and
voice circuits
Must be a team player with excellent collaborative skills and superior
written and oral communication skills
3 to 5 years of hands-on Cisco UC experience with the following Cisco
products:
a. Cisco Unified Communications Manager
b. Cisco Unity Connection
c. Cisco IOS Voice Gateways, Gatekeepers and CUBEs.
d. UCCE
Some automation/programming experience with automating monitoring or
alerting systems in the UC environment a plus

Cisco Call Manager IPT, Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Networking
Admin, Technical Support, Monitoring and TT Tools, Infra Performance and
Optimization
