- Responsible for creating, versioning, and testing of scripts to
achieve high-level of automation;
- Contribute to the enterprise infrastructure vision and strategy;
- Subject Matter Expert influencing decision makers on
appropriate technology;
- Contribute to service reliability and sustainability;
- Contribute to production system development from requirements to
release; and
- Design, scope, budget and propose future IT Infrastructure
solutions including highly available *cloud-based solutions.*
*General Responsibilities: **Qualifications:*
- *Experience with Private Cloud Platforms such as OpenStack and VMware
vRealize, or Public Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform,
Microsoft Azure, etc.*
- *Experience with virtualization (Preferably vSphere Platform);*
- *Familiar with IaaS/PaaS/SaaS solutions and cloud-based application
development/deployment;*
- Familiar with SDLC models/methodologies such as CI/CD;
- *Experience integrating with APIs such as REST and SOAP;*
- *Experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, Perl or equivalent;*
Familiar with information system architecture to include systems, storage,
networking
