CCNP voice resource for contact work on the west side of Houston.  Need a
local resource (unless you have a star).



Troubleshooting and Moves, Adds, and Changes work for Cisco Communication
Manager, Unity and Contact Center Express. Closing out the current ticket
backlog and new tickets moving forward until they backfill the position.





Need experience in larger environments, 1,000 to 2,000 user environments.



Troubleshooting.



Upgrade experience is a plus.  They are going from v7 to v10.
