This candidate will collaborate with various IT team members, software developers, project managers, and other business units to assist with ongoing software development and technical support around the *Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft .NET, and Microsoft SQL business environments. The Sr. Business Application Developer will be spearheading business projects such as customizations directly within MS NAV and MS SQL Server (DB, SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS where possible) as well as additional 3rd party applications, including managing the integration to other business systems. The candidate will need to have strong working experience/expertise of the customization, administrative, and engineering aspects of Dynamics NAV.* This role is intended to fill gaps in current project needs, both as part of a larger project at times and singularly managing projects as needed, with the overarching goal of ensuring that the company will continually meet the demands of a growing and agile company. This role requires a highly motivated individual who is comfortable working with a skilled technical environment with rapid changes in direction and environment. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, an ability to influence business and technical leaders in a dynamic environment and a strong desire to contribute to the company continued success. To be successful, this role will need to work well in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
