Job Title: IT Recruiters BDM / Bench Sales (US IT Staffing)(manager) Location: HI-Techcity Hyderabad Positions:15 Recruiter s/Bench Sales Working Hours:US Timings *Job Description & Responsibilities:* *Bench Sales:* Minimum 2 - 10 years of experience in US IT recruitment. Marketing OPT, H1b Transfer, H1B, GC, and Citizen Consultants. Posting/submitting their resumes on various job boards/requirements and finding requirements for them through other resources. Checking for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals. Checking with the consultants comfort on job requirements and suggesting any modifications required to improve their chances of short listing for the job positions applied. Working directly with end client requirements like Tier1vendors/Implementation partners. Having Direct Contacts with the T1 Vendors or Implementation Partners and generating new relationship with new vendors. Interacting, developing Tier-1 Vendor or Implementation Partners network daily basis to get the Bench candidates placed in minimal turnaround time. Experience in working with different job portals like DICE, Monster, Techfetch, Career Builders etc. Must be willing to work independently. Excellent communication skills. *Recruiting*: Strong work experience in US Recruitment cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent) and Terminology. Strong experience in working with US Citizen/Green Card/EAD/H1B/OPT/CPT consultants. Must have good understanding on all IT technologies Maintaining database of resume following up with candidates. Good understanding of the US Staffing processes/Techniques – W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/Full time and Bench Recruiting – H1 Transfer/OPT/CPT/F1/L1. Good work experience in cold calling, rate negotiation, good convincing and closing skills. Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Tech-fetch, LinkedIn, Google and Free Job Sites etc. to Source Candidates. Talking to the candidates and taking initial phone screening, understand their competencies & skill sets. Maintaining the strong database of candidates for future requirements. Meeting recruitment targets within defined timelines. Exceptional Self Motivational Skills and willing to work in pressure situations if required. Good attitude, team player, target driven, career oriented and a quick learner.
