The project is a company-wide effort to migrate off their old workflow
system, which is IPD, and over to AWD. This project is slated for 2.5 - 3
years in total duration.
They have completed the first year, which is the business requirements, and
now in 2016, they will do the design and build, and in 2017, the testing
and rollout. They will ultimately have 10 BSA's and 10 developers on the
team. Right now, they have 5 developers. They will be adding them from now
until April.
The technical environment is *.NET, and they are using C# and VB*. They
require BOTH for this role. Even if the VB is old - some of their older
applications are written in VB. They also use *RESTful (required), MVC
(required*) and some *jquery and javascript.* it's a mix of front and
middle end. must know SQL, but they have other SQL developers and DBA's.
Both the old and new system have interfaces with *FileNet and Captiva,* so
any experience with those tools is very nice to have.
The job description asks for "Accord" standards, which are industry related
and NOT REQUIRED. No specific industry experience is needed.
