We have another WPF Developer position that just came open. *Candidates must have extensive recent experience with WPF, XAML, and MVVM.*

C2C* *Interview Process:* *Candidates MUST be local (Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, Austin), because a face-to-face interview is required.* Developer will be working with a team of mid to senior level developers on new application development as well as enhancing and supporting existing in-house developed applications. The role will involve working with the Business Analysts and end users to help identify requirements. Developer is also responsible for analyzing requirements and to design and present solutions to the business problems. Developer must show a background for taking initiative to propose creative approaches to designing user interface, with emphasis on simplicity and enhancing the overall user experience as well as connectivity to back end databases. The position would be a good fit for someone who is a go-getter and who is a free spirit that doesn’t need a lot of oversight. Individual should be flexible and able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
